@heroaddict1 Some of it yeah, the thing that sucks about bottled water is that it has “PBA’s” from the plastic… So I recommend you purify water with a water purifier, an ionizer or something like that… Or drink spring water from the gallon which isn’t as bad as long as it’s more of a local brand it’s ok most times… do some further research… I don’t buy water from coca cola or dasani or anything like that b/c I don’t trust them.
But doesn’t bottle water also have contaminants? Even though it says purified, I have watched this movie that says half of bottled water is just tap water repackaged.
@cookieboo26 because not so smart people flush pharmaceuticals down the toilet or sink etc…. this leaks back into the water supply. You can google it to learn more, pharmaceuticals are just one thing found in water…. chlorine, fluoride and metals are all found too.
How would tap water contain pharmecutical drugs?
@SammyShops24 I’ve never used it but have heard good things about it… As long as you use the brush with natural products & natural ingredients it should be okay…. I do use skin brushing but that is brushing the skin on my whole body and not my face. BPA, or Bisphenol A is what’s found in certain types of plastics, not PPA. You can now find many types of reusable plastic drinking bottles and food storage containers that do not contain this chemical.
I feel like this video is lacking some scientific backing, if you’re going to make an argument it should be backed up by facts. Too many people these days are willing to take what they hear and read at face value.
@jridley2y Yeah, apple cider vinegar is great before bed… Proactiv doesn’t work and when you get off it there may be a slight inflammation for a little bit but just drink a lot of pure water, use apple cider vinegar and focus on eating healthy and it will continue to reduce until you get rid of it… Just follow everything I teach in acne erasing secrets…. @jridley2y these turned out backwards. but yeah one last thing. the apple cider vinegar, I’m guessing you do that before you go to bed? cuz it smells horrible. and I’m sure your gonna tell me not to use proactiv anymore but I’m terrified if I do my skin will become exponentially worse. Also I’m broke as a joke so I don’t have access to very much stuff. Anyways I guess that wraps it up, I’m gonna keep watching more videos you’ve been really helpful.
@jridley2y whenever work and class permits and I do a ton of walking around campus. I’d say compared to most people I’m realtively healthy. I could use more fruits and vegetables though. I used to smoke pot quite frequently but I’ve also cut back on that significantly. I guess my questions are these. Is milk good for skin? I used to drink ALOT of milk back home, but drink much less since I moved. I Have a cheap brita filter for water, is that ok? Is shaving good and what about shaving creams?
Hey man I found your videos last night and I have watched several already. I was searching effects that alcohol has on your skin and found that video. I recently started at UGA and I’ve been drinking alot more and my skin has been getting worse and worse. I’ve always had acne but now it’s becoming a real problem. I use pro activ but that just seems to hold it at bay. I’ve started drinking more water, dont drink cokes, i stay away from fast food and fried things, I work out about 4-5 days a week

@emaxwell458 All of those things have been reported to be in water… and even if it just has sodium fluoride in it (which it does, I called) then it’s not worth it at all b/c fluoride is a toxic poison…. and putting small amts into your body overtime will have an effect. @Alditronable Not specifically no, but if I were to classify which meats are best I would say fish is some of the best meat and pork is some of the worst meats… Fish has omega’s (good) and pork has parasites! (bad) lol

@Alditronable 50% of your body weight in ounces of water each day is a good rule to follow… so if you weight 130 you should drink 65 ounces of water each day… 10 glasses sounds about normal but do the math for your own body weight. I drink about 70-75 ounces of water each day.
Does it matter how much you drink? because I drink about 10 glasses of water.. big ones, and my sister says that’s bad.
@Guitarandmakeup Half of your body weight in pounds is how many ounces you should drink… so you got some math to do! lol Pounds divided by 2 = how many ounces you should drink each day.
