
How to get clear skin is amazingly easy — if you know these secrets.
Many people do not realize how easy it is to get clear skin. The secret to clear skin is to be consistent. Yes that's right — be consistent. Be consistent with good skin care health practices and your skin will glow.
So, what are these good skin health practices? Simply they are what dermatologists have been recommending for years.
Practice number 1: Get a good night's sleep every night. That may be harder said than done — but a good night's sleep does more than give you healthy skin — it gives you a healthy body and a healthy outlook on life.
Practice number 2: Stay hydrated — drink plenty of fluids throughout the day — preferably water. Staying hydrated does your skin and body good.
Practice number 3: Stress reduction — everyday take some time to wind down from everyday pressure. Maybe a slow walk through a park — or just relaxing in a comfortable chair with your favorite drink, can work wonders for your health and skin.

Practice number 4: Go easy on the makeup — a natural face is a beautiful face. Keep your skin's pores open and less irritated. If you do use makeup, make sure you completely remove it before going to bed.
Practice number 5: Eat right — eat lean meats like chicken and turkey. Eating fish like salmon, tuna and sardines are a great choice. Also have plenty of fruits and vegetables — the ones you enjoy.

Practice number 9: If you smoke — stop. Smoking is so bad for you on so many levels. You will suffer from premature wrinkles — and your skin will be dull and just plain ragged looking as your skin fights off the damage caused by smoking. And bad skin is the least of your worries if you smoke.
