How can I get clear,good looking skin?
I want to know what to eat and I dont want to use a skin product because I already use one. Any tips to clear skin? ( I'm desperate)

Well eating fruits and veggies is important but also eat other foods cause they contain other nutrients which are very important :)
As for products it depends on your skin, you should go to a doctor or pharamacy to check it out!
Just a tip, fresh clean air really helps the skin & water too =)

    I am on the same boat as you there; i have been told to eat more healthy foods and vegetables and less fatty foods and also drink plenty of water as this flushes out the system and helps the lymphatic system which is in charge of cleaning out the body of toxins ie dirt etc …

    drink LOTS of water. and green tea xD. green tea is suuper good for ur skin. hmm you need a lot of fruits each day…i suggest eating just fruits for breakfast with oatmeal. you need to eat healthy which means NO SODA NO JUNK. i mean, junk in moderation is fine meaning once a week or so, but most of the time you need to snack on fruits and veggies (BLUEBERRIES ESPECIIALLLY~) blueberries are good for your skin too. you need carrots, squash, TOMATOES! lets seee….oh and you need to excercise. i dont know why but i heard from my dermatologist and several other people that excercising is good for you AND your skin. and you need to bathe regularily. try investing in GOOD products. dont waste money on makeup and such, focus more on getting good eye creams, moisturizers and cleansers. i would suggest doing a mask at least 2 times a week cuz itl really clear out your pores. and steam your face once a week (on sunday, so its like a treat and itl get you started for the new week) steaming it gets rid of blackheads and cleans out your pores. exfoliate your face 2 times a week because it will get rid of dead skin cells that might end up clogging up AND causing breakouts. you need to live a HEALTHY lifestyle. ify ou eat junkfood everyday and expect to ahve beautiful skin tehn itl take a miracle.

    1)Get 8-9 Hours of sleep every night
    2)Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
    3)Don’t touch your face
    4)Avoid Salty foods & carbonated drinks.
    5)Avoid Caffeine & Fried/Fatty Foods.
    6)Eat lots of fruits & vegetables;Tomatoes,Bananas,Avocados,Watermelon & all sorts of fruits & veggies,you shouldn’t limit yourself.

    Your best bet is to see a dermatologist

    First of all: Drink tons and tons of water. This helps detox your skin as well as moisturise. Water is pretty much the key to good health. Also MOISTURISE! People often don’t moisturise their skin for fear of it getting oily, but usually the skin breaks out because it’s dried out. Use a moisturizer with SPF to protect your skin.
    Second: The three wonder drugs for skin are Zinc, Selenium, and Vitamin E. Taking these pills daily will give your skin a healthy glow. Remember not to take too many and to drink plenty of water with them (What do you know?! Water- AGAIN!)
    If you’re having trouble with acne I’d suggest trying natural treatments instead of topical products. I know you said you only need foods but baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and a weekly chocolate mask have been praised far and wide for there results. Baking soda is a cheap, natural exfoliant that should only be used every 2 days. It might sting while washing it off, but it works! Apple cider vinegar should be used as a toner. You can also mix apple cider vinegar with water to drink. It has tons of benefits along with clear skin. Mix it with a lot of water though- don’t say I didn’t warn you.
    Chocolate has loads of antioxidants that are good for the skin now, and protect it for later. It also moisturises (there’s that word again) the skin naturally. Eating dark chocolate is also good for your skin. Other skin friendly foods are pinapple, spinach, beets, carrots, and ginger. You can juice all of these for a healthy smoothie. Remember clearing up your skin is like losing weight: it might take a while but stay at it. Hope I helped XOXO
