Does the Neutrogena skin clearing oil free pressed powder actually work. I need something that will cover blotches of red on my face and not make me break out on my sensitive skin.

I actually like alot of Neutrogena products, lip glosses and tinted moisturizers, but pressed powders in general have the least amount of coverage.I am a pro. makeup artist and depending on the degree of your redness or blotchy skin tone you may need something with a little more coverage. Try the Healthy Skin Enhancer from Neutrogena and then brush on the pressed powder over. They are both very light and will not feel like alot of make up on.
